 Legacy Commercial Flooring of Toledo, LLC (Legacy) purchased the Flooring Business Unit of OCP Contractors in July of 2007. The parent, Legacy Commercial Flooring LTD, based in Columbus, Ohio is one of the largest commercial flooring contractors in the United States and traces its roots back 100 years to Wilson Floors.
Legacy currently operates out of OCP headquarters in Holland, Ohio and is aligned with OCP to provide complete interior construction. Legacy offers an expanded line of products and services to fit every commercial application. In soft surface flooring, Legacy has broadloom carpet, carpet modules, and rugs, all designed for the most demanding traffic patterns. Legacy resources are virtually limitless, not constrained by alignments or mill ownership.
 If the choice is hard surface flooring, Legacy features resilient products which include floor tile and sheet flooring that can be heat welded or chemically welded. Legacy also offers a full line of specialty products including conductive, anti-static,
clip-resistant, sports and
recreational flooring.
For ease of maintenance and durability, Legacy has available acrylic-impregnated wood flooring for commercial use, the latest technology in stain and scratch resistant laminate flooring, as well as the ability to install concrete stained floors.
 Legacy is your resource for hard tile. The broad selection of ceramic and porcelain tile, quarry tile, stone, and marble is suitable for floors and walls.
Legacy is service. Our consulting personnel are experienced and trained to help you select the right product and installation system for your project including continued product care through our maintenance division. We employ our own installers who are union trained, manufacturer certified, and dedicated to their craft. Our continuously trained mechanics are furnished with state-of-the-art tools and equipment and are managed by a full-time Superintendent.
 Legacy is value. We are able to offer a carpet reclamation program in which 100% of the removed carpet is reclaimed at no additional cost to the client. The client then receives third-party recognition for their contribution toward a “green” environment.
